It’s very inspirational thoughts & ideas which is being implemented. I love it. And i very strongly feel that giving importance, empowerment & value, it enhances the people’s capability. I like the vision & the respect for the people BOB has. This is incredible.

My daughter has been employed by FleetwoodGoldcoWyard, a Barry-Wehmiller company, for slightly over a year. She sent me the link to this interview so I could listen to it on the web. I tried to raise her with the kind of values Mr. Chapman expressed in his interview – and I am delighted that she has found employment with people who understand inspirational leadership! I wish you continued success…And yes, she makes me (her mother) very proud!
