The key to any long term success is having a system of execution that occurs consistently. Ray Kroc, founder of the McDonald’s franchise, taught entrepreneurs everywhere that the system is the solution to success. Ray created a food system that guaranteed the same taste and quality no matter what region of the states, or now, the globe you reside. Burgers are placed in a fool proof fryer that locks down and unlocks after the burgers reach the proper temperature. It’s the same with the fries. The fries arrive in a bag. Fill the fryer basket with fries, place in the oil and hit the timer button. When it ‘beeps’ they’re done!
Fool proof indeed. I learned this lesson early in my career and when I did I embarked on a marketing journey of excellence. I developed the Prophit Marketing System that our team follows today. Every client goes through the same process but the results are all unique to the individual clients. The old marketing model was: If I create a successful bank campaign for one client it will work for all banks. That model doesn’t work because all banks have unique qualities and strengths. The new model is to create a system to follow that provides a positive and impactful outcome for all clients regardless of product or industry.
Find the system within your own four walls that everyone can learn and follow. A consistent customer experience is the goal and the only way that can happen is through a tested and proven system.
